Not only can JGB design testing stations for circuit boards, but we can also design automated testing environments for electromechanical devices like motor and actuators.  Here you will find some of the work we did in this field.  Below are images of our ATE designed for both a rotary actuator and a linear actuator.

Rotary Actuator

    This rotary actuator was tested using a system that was specificaly developed, from ground up, for this device (and the linear actuator below). 

Linear Actuator

    This is the linear actuator that was tested using the same sytem as the rotary actuator.

The Console

    This is the unit that controls all aspects of the testing.  Inside this unit are customized control circuits, power supply systems (of which power both this unit as well as the actuators).  By request of the client, this system had to be able to switch testing modes on the fly, from linear actuator testing  to rotary actuator testing.
